To help people become better versions of themselves. We all have the will and strength to look how we want to, but we have to work for it and grind it out. The journey is going to be long and hard, but that satisfaction of liking what you see in the mirror is priceless. It’s not a fad diet or gimmick. It’s not a quick fix. It’s a habit. It’s a lifestyle.

 

My Story

After watching an embarrassing high school graduation video, I knew I had to make a change. I was 18 years old and about to start college weighing over 235 pounds. This was not how I wanted to enter the next phase of my life. College is supposed to be fun and I didn’t want that to constantly weigh on my mind. With a new regimen and consistent exercise, I was able to lose over 70 pounds in less than two years. Now it wasn’t a complete happy ending as I gained some of the weight back as I was trying new things without the proper research, but I was able to get back on track and now I look and more importantly, feel better than I ever had. My confidence has soared and I hope I can share my experience and tips with you. Enjoy!
